A waterproof GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit membrane is bonded directly to the upper, helping keep water out while maintaining the flexibility and comfortable fit needed for running. It provides dependable protection through rain, wet grass, muddy trails and other changeable conditions.

Underfoot, nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning delivers lightweight softness and responsive comfort over longer distances. Brooks’ Trail Adapt System integrates the cushioning with a protective rock plate and trail-ready outsole, helping the shoe adapt to uneven ground while providing stability and protection underfoot.

For confident footing, Vibram® Megagrip technology delivers outstanding traction across both wet and dry surfaces. Aggressive trail lugs bite into loose and uneven terrain, making the Cascadia 20 GTX well suited to woodland paths, rocky trails, muddy tracks and more technical off-road adventures.
