Returns
We offer a free UK returns service for all orders over £69.99. At present this service is only available in the UK. Its quick and easy, just place the items you intend to return in a protective wrapping or a plastic bag, stick the returns label on and pop it into a post office. This free service is based on a maximum of two pairs returned. You can return more than two pairs but they will incur a £3.95 restocking charge for every pair after the second pair returned.
Return costs of orders below £69.99, from the Republic of Ireland or the rest of the world are borne by the customer
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us you have 14 days to claim a refund or an exchange from the date you receive your order. When returning UK orders under £69.99 we will only refund the price of the goods and not the postage charged unless the goods are damaged or faulty. When returning goods they must be unworn and also in their original packaging (ie the box not to be destroyed or defaced). If the shoes have come back to Donaghys and are not in good condition or not fit for resale Donaghys have the right to refuse a refund. If your order is supplied with a box this must also be returned in condition fit for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must have proof of purchase to obtain a refund, which will be your receipt. When returning goods we would recommend that you use recorded delivery as you can track the delivery. Donaghys are not responsible for goods that are lost in the post or missing. When returning make sure to complete the returns form correctly which has been provided.
When returning items please put them back in the protective wrapping you received them in or a plastic bag will do.
Note: We are an online & bricks and mortar business, whilst we endeavour to send out box fresh shoes where possible, some shoes may have been on display or tried on in store.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your purchase as it is unsuitable please complete the returns form which has been provided to you within the shoe box or please contact us through phone or email.
Delivery’s
Once the payment for your goods has been cleared we will then dispatch your goods for delivery. If the goods happen to be out of stock we will advise you through email and issues a refund right away. Shoes being delivered may not be boxfresh due to being tried on in the shop.
Collect in Store Orders
Please wait until you receive an email stating that your order is ready for collection before coming in store as our team need time to prepare your item(s). You have 14 days from placing the order to collect it. Any orders not collected within 14 days will be cancelled and refunded.
Security and Payments
All transactions which take place on Donaghys website are processed securely through Klarna payments if you use a credit or debit card. We also use PayPal. All your payment details are held on Klarna secure servers or PayPal. Donaghys has no access to any of your card or payment details. We may contact your bank if we suspect the transaction is fraudulent in anyway, this may cause a delay in processing and dispatching but is in the best interest of the customer.
Privacy Policy
Information which Donaghys hold is the name of customer, address to delivery, email and telephone to get in contact. Donaghys will not release any of the customers information to third parties unless it is given that we are providing you with a service such as your address so that the item can be delivered to your address. Donaghys will NEVER sell your information to any third party's or marketing company's or services.
Pricing and Tax
All prices shown are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any VAT payable in UK. Donaghys are not responsible for any additional taxes or import costs for orders delivered to outside the EU. Should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error or incorrect information from suppliers Donaghys reserve the right to cancel, refuse or decline any orders listed at the incorrect price whether the order has been confirmed or not. Prices quoted on this web store are for internet sales only.
Lost Items
Once we have dispatched your item from the store there will be a minimum of 3 days before you may receive it. It may take longer to receive this is just a rough guide. If you feel that it has been too long then don't be afraid to contact us and will be able to track the item by the tracking code to see where its current location is.
Affiliates and Links
Donaghys advertise products on certain affiliate networks and third party sites. We are not responsible for any offers that third party's run on their sites. Donaghys.co.uk may contain links to third party sites. We are not responsible for any content or offers on these sites as we have no control over them.
Cancellations
Donaghys reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.

Mothers Day Competition
This promotion is being promoted and run solely by Donaghys Limited and not in conjunction with any other partners. The competition runs from Wednesday 22nd February to Friday 17th March at 12 noon. All entries will be checked and verified using an online tool with the winner picked at random. The winner will be contacted on Friday 17th via a DM on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner will be drawn. If the winner can not come into the store an online gift card will be issued. Employees are excluded from entering into this competition.
