To receive your order before Christmas, please order by 2pm on these dates:

UK and Northern Ireland delivery

• Standard and DPD delivery: Friday 18th December
• Express delivery: Monday 21st December
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed: Wednesday 23rd December

Republic of Ireland delivery

• Standard delivery: Friday 18th December
• Express delivery: Monday 21st December

Orders placed after these times will still be dispatched, but we can’t guarantee delivery before Christmas Day.

Yes. We’ve extended our returns period for Christmas, so gifts can be returned or exchanged in the new year.

Online orders

You can return online orders within our usual 30 days from the date of purchase, or up until Monday 5th January 2027, whichever is later.

In-store purchases

Gifts bought in our Banbridge store can be exchanged up until Monday 5th January 2027. In-store purchases are exchange only.

In store: yes. Just ask at the till and we’ll provide a gift receipt with your purchase.

Online orders: we’re unable to include gift receipts with online orders. If your order is being sent as a gift, we can make sure no invoice or prices are included in the parcel. Just email us at info@donaghys.co.uk with your order number after placing your order.

Yes, our Digital Gift Card is the perfect last-minute gift. It’s available in values from £10 to £150 and is delivered by email, so it’s ideal if you’ve missed the Christmas delivery dates. It can be spent online or in our Banbridge store.

Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and collect your order from our Banbridge store. It’s a great option if you’ve missed the Christmas delivery dates.

Orders are usually ready the next working day. Please wait until you receive our email confirming your order is ready before coming to collect it.

To collect before Christmas, order by 2pm on Wednesday 23rd December. Our store closes at 3.30pm on Christmas Eve.
